Spacious, oceanfront, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Condominium
Location: Regency Towers Resort Condominium, 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL.
Our family owns a luxuriously large (1,450 sq ft), oceanfront 3-bedroom condominium on the 2nd floor (#206, sleeps 10). It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, fully-equipped kitchens, large dining and living rooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds, and one of the sofas in the living room makes into a queen sleeper.
A private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, offers an outstanding view of the pools and beach. There is lovely deck furniture so you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico all day. You may catch the dolphins at play or enjoy a relaxing dinner on your private balcony while watching the sunset.
There is free WiFi throughout the resort. We have TVs in every bedroom, and a 50" TV with free NetFlix in the Living Room. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a washing machine/dryer in the condominium, as well.
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium offers the following amenities:

This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim.
The sugar-white sand does not get hot-hot, the walking is easy as the beaches are wide and flat and not laden with shells, coral, or seaweed as is found on many other beaches. Maybe get a game of beach volleyball in front of the condo or enjoy the swings and become a beach watcher. You can rent jet skis, go parasailing, or ride a banana boat rides right in front of the Resort. Beach chairs/umbrellas are available on the beach. Then, take a break and eat at Bob's Bikini bar by the pool.
A boat ramp is just 4 blocks north to launch your boat. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too.
Biking is easy, and the beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away where you can fish off the jetties. Maybe stroll down to Schooners Beach Club, Newby's Too, and great restaurants in walking distance. Shopping and entertainment is close by. A new bait, beer and ice store and Dollar store across the street.
Panama City Beach ranks in the top 10 family vacation destinations every year with its beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches. Enjoy mini-golf courses, race the mini-cars, win prizes at arcades, go to the zoo, etc. Go fishing or rent a pontoon and go shelling at the uninhabited beaches in the bay.
If you are a golfer, it has been ranked #3 as a Golfing Community as it offers a wide variety of golf courses. Drive west 2.5 miles to the Panama City Beach Golf course (reasonable rates), drive east 2.5 miles to the elegant Marriott Resort championship golf course, or drive 5-10 miles to many other great golf courses.
My idea of a 'day in paradise' is to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch for dolphins and other sea life, then take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach, enjoy the sparkling emerald green water, and soak up the sun rays during the day, then once again relax to the balcony and watch the dazzling sunset and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
During the winter, guests have an open invitation to partake in non-stop activities taking place in the Regency Room next to the lobby (aerobic classes, card and board games, pot luck dinners, craft classes, Super Bowl parties, etc).
It is an easy drive to many wonderful restaurants along the beach. Especially check out Pier Park and the new Margarettaville restaurant.

There is a $200 security/damage deposit required to book a reservation.  This is refunded after the guest checks out, and the condominium has been inspected for damages.

No early check in or late check out can occur without prior approval from Carole Miner. If either case occurs, you will be charged $100.00. When checking into the unit, please contact me immediately if you observe any damage to the unit. Contact numbers are (507) 269-0677 or (507) 261-9108.


You can park 1 vehicle within the gated property and 2 additional vehicles (car, truck, trailer, RV, etc) across the street in the Regency Towers Overflow parking lot at no additional charge.

Resort Fees:

A 'Regency Towers Guest Registration' form will be provided to guest with rental contract. When guest arrives at property, the Security Guard will tell them to take this form to the Lobby.  The Lobby personnel will:

Collect a $20 resort fee from you (one $20 fee per condominium)

They will give you parking passes for your vehicles

They will issue wrist bands for each guest staying in your condominium (only done certain times of the year)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will have a fee of $100.00. The remaining portion of the deposit will be returned if a request for cancellation is received at least (45) forty-five days prior to your arrival date.

No refunds for early departures or inclement weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued by Bay County Emergency Management Services. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, your rent reverts to the daily rate (plus tax and cleaning fee) for the nights of your stay.
