This oceanfront 3-bedroom condominium on the 1st floor is directly on the gound level and faces the west pool and ocean -just walk out your enclosed deck and jump into the pool. No steps or elevators!  This condominium is luxuriously large (+1,450 sq ft), has two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, fully-equipped and stocked kitchen, large dining and living room. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has two full beds, and the sofa in the living room makes into a queen sleeper.
 
The private deck is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, and has lovely deck furniture so you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico all day, and watch the sunset in the evening.  Equipped with fan, ample lighting and outlets.  Also has hooks for towel drying.
 
There is free in-room WiFi and throughout the resort and we have TV's and fans in the living room and all three bedrooms. We also provide free NetFlix.
 
All bedding and towels are provided. There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer in the condo.
 
The condominium directly faces the Gulf of Mexico (south view) and offers an outstanding view of the beach and both pools. You may catch a glimpse of the dolphins at play or enjoy a relaxing dinner on the private deck while watching the sunset.
 
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, two large-sized swimming pools, a children's pool, a gorgeous Jacuzzi/hot tub room, beachside boardwalk and sun deck, volleyball net on the beach for sandlot volleyball games, an area to play basketball, and exercise facilities. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use.
 
This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at Bob's Bikini bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach.
 
Parking is free, and free RV and boat parking (with a boat ramp 4 blocks north) is also available.
 
There is a bait/beer/ice store and a Dollar Store across the street. Karaoke and nightly entertainment is provided in the summer in the pool area.
 
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, golfing, amusement parks, and great shopping at Pier Park. We have found things to be reasonably priced.
 
Biking is easy, and the beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away. Schooners Beach Club, Newby's Too, and many great restaurants are in walking distance, shopping and entertainment close by.
 
Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches ranks it in the top 10 vacation destinations every year.

NOTES

There is a $200 security/damage deposit required to book a reservation. This is refunded after the guest checks out, and the condominium has been inspected for damages.

No early check in or late check out can occur without prior approval from Carole Miner. If either case occurs, you will be charged $100.00. When checking into the unit, please contact me immediately if you observe any damage to the unit. Contact numbers are (507) 269-0677 or (507) 261-9108.

Parking:

You can park 1 vehicle within the gated property and 2 additional vehicles (car, truck, trailer, RV, etc) across the street in the Regency Towers Overflow parking lot at no additional charge.

Resort Fees:

A 'Regency Towers Guest Registration' form will be provided to guest with rental contract. When guest arrives at property, the Security Guard will tell them to take this form to the Lobby. The Lobby personnel will:

Collect a $20 resort fee from you (one $20 fee per condominium)

They will give you parking passes for your vehicles

They will issue wrist bands for each guest staying in your condominium (only done certain times of the year)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will have a fee of $100.00.  The remaining portion of the deposit will be returned if a request for cancellation is received at least (45) forty-five days prior to your arrival date.

No refunds for early departures or inclement weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued by Bay County Emergency Management Services. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, your rent reverts to the daily rate (plus tax and cleaning fee) for the nights of your stay.
